【摘要】 目的应用彩色多普勒超声检测正常子宫、早期妊娠子宫、子宫肌瘤、腺肌病、恶性肿瘤的子宫动脉血流参数：阻力指数(RI),时间速度积分(VIT)等。方法对210例女性患者行彩超检查,并对子宫动脉取样研究。结果4组病人的上述参数均有差异。结论彩超检测血流参数是可行的,它们反映出所检测子宫病变情况,为临床提供依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate hemodynamic parameters(RI,VTT) of uterine artery in the normal women, early pregnant women and cases of hysteromyoma,uterine adenoid tumor and uterine malignant tumor.Methods The hemodynamic parameters of uterine artery were measured in 210 cases of four groups using color Doppler ultra- sonography.Results The hemodynamic parameters of uterine artery were different significantly in four groups. Conclusion Measuring uterine artery blood flow by color Doppler uhrasonography is an effective method in order to provide evidences for clinical diagnosis and treatment.更多还原
