【摘要】 目的评价乳管镜检查对乳头溢液的诊断价值。方法对2004年7月~2005年6月,76例行纤维乳管镜检查的乳头溢液病人的临床资料进行回顾性分析,有手术指征患者与术后病理诊断作对比分析。结果76例患者中,乳管镜诊断为乳腺增生及导管扩张39例,导管内乳头状瘤25例,导管内乳头状瘤病9例,乳腺癌3例。镜下诊断与病理诊断符合率分别为96.0%(24/25)、88.9%(8/9)、66.7%(2/3)。结论乳管镜是术前诊断以乳头溢液为表现的乳腺导管内乳头状瘤和导管内癌的有效手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the value of fiberoptic ductoscopy(FDS) for the diagnosis of nipple discharge.Methods The clinical data of 76 consecutive patients with nipple discharge undergoing FDS from July 2004 to June 2005 were retrospectively analysed.The results were compared with postoperative pathology.Results In 76 case with nipple discharge,39 patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands or ductal ectasia and 25 patients with intraductal papilloma and 9 patients with papillomatosis and 3 patient with breast cancer were found under fiberoptic ductoscopy.The coincidence rate between ductoscopy and pathology were 96.0%(24/25) and 88.9%(8/9) and 66.7%(2/3) respectively.Conclusion Fiberoptic ductoscopy is an effective technique in diagnosing breast intraductal neoplasm with nipple discharge.更多还原
