【Abstract】 Through a comparison of the researches on vacation-oriented second homes in China and abroad,this paper takes Sanya City of Hainan Province as a case example,analyzes the spatial distribution characteristic of such second home as the real estate,and reveals the related influential factors such as differential rents,ancillary facilities,resources,environment,climate,etc.Some interesting topics for future research of such second homes are also discussed.更多还原
