4—羟基萘—1—亚甲基若丹宁固相萃取光度法测定环境样品中的汞
Mercury Monitor by HNR Solid Phase Extraction-photometric Method
【摘要】 研究了4—羟基萘—1—亚甲基若丹宁(HNR)与汞的显色反应,在pH3.5的醋酸钠缓冲介质中,吐温—80存在下,HNR与汞反应生成2:1稳定络合物,该络合物可被Waers Sep—Pak—C18小柱固相萃取,用氮—氮二甲基甲酰氨(DMF)洗脱后用光度法测定,在洗脱液介质中,λmax=538nm,体系摩尔吸光系数ε=8.86×104L/mol.cm,汞含量在0.05~4.0μg/ml内符合比尔定律,本方法可用于环境样品汞含量的测定,结果满意。
【Abstract】 The color reaction between HNR and mercury is studied.In sodium acetate buffer solution with pH val- ue less than 3.5 and-80 temperature,the reaction of mercury and HNR will produce 2:1 stable complex com- pound,the new material could be extracted by Waers Sep-Pak-C18 solid phase,after elutriation by DMF,using photometric method to detect the elutriant,λmax equals 548nm,εis 8.86×104L/mol.cm,the content of mercury is 0.05~4.0μg/ml,which is compromise to Bill rule.So the method is good to apply to monitor the content of mercury in environmental sample.
