由伊洛河柴油污染事故谈应急监测的几点思考
Consideration on Emergency Monitoring through Fuel Oil Pollution Accident in Yiluohe River
【摘要】 通过巩义市二电厂输油管道迸裂引发柴油污染伊洛河事件,总结该事件应急监测人员的经验,提出突发性污染事故应急监测在出发前准备、现场检测、仪器设备、监测科研、人员、思想等方面应注意的问题。
【Abstract】 The accident of fuel oil polluting Yiluohe river caused by pipeline explosion happened in Gongyi,through which some problems about emergency monitoring including preparation,equipments and rich experiences and so on are presented here.
