【Abstract】 The acute toxicity influence on the goldfish was tested with the method of the Karber experiment.Different concentration dimethoate including 150mg/l,188.4mg/l,234.4mg/l,291.7mg/l and 360mg/l were exposed 4 days under 15~20℃.The values of LTm50 at 24h,48h,72h and 96h are 297.17 mg/l,289.17 mg/l,259.1 mg/l and 238.67 mg/l respectively.The confidence limit of 95% are 284.25~310.67,275.17~303.81,243.33~275.93 and 223.98~254.33 respectively.更多还原
