分子筛催化法合成二聚异丁烯的研究
Synthesis of Diisobutylene by the Catalysis of Molecular Sieve
【摘要】 利用分子筛催化异丁烯合成二聚异丁烯,在固定床反应器中考查了温度、空速对异丁烯齐聚反应的影响。结果表明,在自制的R2型分子筛条件下,反应温度180℃,质量空速3h-1,异丁烯单程转化率达80%以上,二聚异丁烯选择性为90%。
【Abstract】 Diisobutylene was synthesized by the catalysis of molecular sieve,and the effect of temperature and airspeed on the reaction was investigated.Result showed that conversion of isobutylene reached 80% and selectivity of diisobutylene was 90% when reacted at 180 oC with mass airspeed of 3h-1 by self-made R2 catalyst.
