【摘要】 研究了不同温度、pH值、多种培养基和碳氮源营养等对三七根腐病主要致病菌Cylindrocarpon de-structans(2-8)和C.didynum(1-1)菌落扩展、产孢和孢子萌发等的影响.结果表明2个菌株适宜菌落扩展的温度均为20℃;适合产孢的温度均为20~25℃;2种病菌的分生孢子在15~25℃均能萌发,但1-1在20℃时萌发率较高(92.1%),2-8在25℃时萌发率较高(96.5%);1-1菌落适宜扩展的pH为6.0,2-8菌落适宜扩展的pH为5.5;胡萝卜培养基较适宜2种菌的菌落扩展.在供试的以各类碳氮源为营养的培养基上,2种菌的菌落均可很好地扩展,但扩展速度有所差异.

【Abstract】 Cylindrocarpon destructans(2-8) and C.didynum(11) are two most important pathogens of Panax notoginseng root rot disease occurring in Yunnan,China.Studies on their biological characteristics are of significance in understanding their biology,ecology and pathology.The authors examined the effects of temperature,pH,media,carbon and nitrogen sources on colony spread,sporulation and spore germination of the two pathogens.Results indicated that the optimum temperature for colony spread of both fungi was 20?℃,and for sporulation 20~25?℃.Temperature for spore germination of both fungi was 15~25?℃.The highest germination rate was 92.1% for C.didyrum 1-1 at 20?℃and 96.5% for C.destructans 2-8 at 25?℃.The optimum pH for colony spread was 6.0 for C.didyrum 1-1 and 5.5 for C.destructans 2-8.Colonies of the two fungi could spread well on the medial plates composed of different substrates as nitrogen and carbon sources,but with statistical significance.Carrot agar medium was found to be the best medium for colony spread of the two fungi among the seven media tested.
