Amberliter-XAD16大孔吸附树脂原位萃取技术对云南放线酮产量影响研究
The research on the method of amberliter-XAD16 adsorption resin in situ extraction on the productivity of Yunnan actidione
【摘要】 在对云南放线酮发酵条件研究过程中发现:在摇瓶发酵48 h时添加Amberlite XAD-16大孔吸附树脂可以改善云南放线酮的生物合成.采用3%的比例进行树脂添加,云南放线酮的总质量浓度平均达到了704.15μg/mL,比对照(不添加树脂)提高了将近60%.针对云南放线酮自身反馈抑制问题,在发酵过程中添加吸附树脂是一种较为理想的原位萃取手段.
【Abstract】 During the research process on the Yunnan actidione fermentation,it was founded that the synthesis of Yunnan actidione can be promoted through supplements of certain concentration of Amberlite XAD-16 resin.With the 3% resin,the average amount of Yunnan actidion was up to 704.15?μg/mL contrasted with the samples without supplements of Amberlite XAD-16.For the problem of Yunnan actidione feed-back inhibition,the supplements of adsorption resin during the fermentation process is a ideal in situ extraction method.
