【摘要】 综述了发达国家促进农业机械化发展的法规及扶持政策。发达国家在发展农业机械化初期,各国政府对农业机械化的发展直接提供高额的财政支持效果显著。我国已进入工业反哺农业的发展阶段,农业机械化发展的经济社会条件大为改观。随着国民经济快速键康的发展,对农机化的需求将更为迫切。因此,对农业经营规模小,农户投资能力不足的中国,应加大对农业机械化的政府扶持力度,有效促进农业机械化的发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper reviews the legislations and policies supporting agricultural mechanization in developed countries.It is a successful experience that governments have provided direct financial supports for agricultural mechanization during their initial stages.The economy in China has reached the stage that the Industry can foster the agriculture.The need of agricultural machinery has been becoming strong.China should back up agricultural mechanization more hard as farmers are weaker in investment and have smaller business scales.更多还原
