【摘要】 全面小康是小康的发展,根据“十六”大经济社会发展的基本要求,参考众多国内专家关于全面建设小康社会评估的指标体系的研究成果,认为全面小康社会涵盖了经济、人口、社会、资源环境四要素的发展要求,密切结合云南省经济社会发展现状,将科学发展观融入其中,提出云南省全面建设小康社会的主要指标及分阶段的目标预测,根据四要素的相互关系,采用层次结构模式和指标权重设置中的多因素层次分析法,形成云南省全面小康社会建设进程评估的指标和方法体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 All Rounds Well-off are the development of Well-off.According to the basic requests in economic and society of the 16th session National People’s Congress,referring to the multitudinous research results studied by domestic experts about index system for assessing the proceeding of constructing All Rounds Well-off Society,we considered that All Round Well-off contain four subsystems’ building pretension,the four subsystems are economic,people,society and environment.Closely unified the present economic society development situation of Yunnan Province and interfusing the scientific development view,the article proposed the major indexes and their stage predictional targets for Yunnan All Rounds Well-off Society construction,in the light of the relationship of four subsystems,use hierarchy-texture-mode and multifactor-hierarchy-analysis-method for index weight setting,formed the indexes and method system for assessing the construction and proceeding of Yunnan All Rounds Well-off Society.更多还原
