【Abstract】 The paper aims to provide a view of financial and political economics for people to know the pilot reform of the initiating stock allotment by management officials to promote the standardization and development of China’s stock market.Main three points and views are put forward.The first is that the stock allotment is not considered to be an external production of the mutual compromise between market and planning economy as most scholars have considered.On the contrary,it is the choice of gradually internal reform strategy and the granary state of then economic resources.The second is that the healthy development of the stock market is related to the weakness of the stock allotment system and the strength of the quality of listed corporations.The third is that the total circulation of stock shares should proceed in a gradual logic,not accomplish in one move.更多还原
