【摘要】 目的观察氯沙坦对原发性高血压病(EH)患者血压变异性(BPV)的影响。方法临床观察EH患者108例,用氯沙坦治疗5周前后分别采用无创性携带式动态血压监测仪监测动态血压(BP)及血压变异性(BPV),同时选取健康人54例作对照组观察BP及BPV。结果108例EH患者中94例完成试验及观察,治疗前EH组BP及BPV较对照组明显增高(P<0.01),服用氯沙坦后EH患者的BP及BPV与用药前比较均明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论EH患者BPV增高,氯沙坦在稳定降压的同时可降低BPV。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the influence of losartan on the blood pressure variability (BPV) in essential hypertension (EH).Methods 108 patients with EH underwent 24 hour’s noninvasive ambulatory blood pressure monitoring (ABPM) before and after 5 weeks’ treatment with Losartan. Their BPV were analyzed and compared with normal controls (n=54).Results Before the treatment,BPV in EH group was significantly higher than the BPV in controlled group (P<0.01).After the treatment,BP and BPV in EH group were significantly decreased (P<0.01 or <0.05).Conclusion BPV in EH patients was significantly higher than that of the normal persons.Losartan can effectively decrease blood pressure and BPV.更多还原
