夏玉米苗期抗旱性鉴定指标的研究

【摘要】 在玉米种子的萌发期、苗期以及全生育期调查了玉米五大杂种优势群的抗旱性表现,同时对全生育期的抗旱性与其它指标进行了分析。结果表明,玉米的抗旱性与群的划分没有直接联系,在以后的杂种优势群的划分时应当适当考虑种质的抗旱性;玉米全生育期的抗旱性与胚芽长和胚芽干重的关系最为密切,是玉米种子萌发期抗旱性的指示指标;玉米苗期的抗旱性代表指标是反复干旱后的成活率。在筛选玉米自交系时,应注重选用胚芽长和胚芽干重高的材料。

【Abstract】 Investigations on the drought resistance of five main corn herterosis groups were made during germination,seedling,and whole growing period and the analysis of relation between the drought resistance of whole growing period and the other indices was also conducted.The results showed that there was not a direct link between the corn drought resistance and the group category.Thus when determining the corn heterosis groups the drought resistance strait of genotypes should be properly taken into account.The drought resistance of whole growing period was most closely related with the embryo bud length and the embryo bud dry weight.So it was an indicating index for drought resistance during seed germinating period.Whereas the drought resistant index during seedling period was the reviving rate after repeatedly droughts.When sifting the inbred lines of corn,special attention should paid to the materials with long embryo and high weight embryo.
