【Abstract】 The experiences at home and abroad show that there is no business no wealthy people,no agriculture no firm social foundation.To establish new socialism countryside,the secondary and tertiary industries should be developed as well as breeding and planting industry,using industry to support agriculture,city to support countryside,and improving peasants’ education etc.,these policies can really make peasants rich.更多还原
