【摘要】 以金钗石斛茎段诱导出健壮的原球茎为材料,研究培养基中不同激素组合及不同有机物质对原球茎增殖的影响.结果发现以MS+2mg/L6-BA+0.5mg/LNAA的增殖效果最好,50d后统计,其增殖倍数在6倍以上;在添加不同有机物质的研究中,发现10%椰汁有利于金钗石斛原球茎的增殖,而10%香蕉汁则有利于原球茎的分化.更多还原

【Abstract】 How different hormone combination and different organism affaect the multiplication of PLBS which induced by Dendrobium nobile stems is investigated.The best multiplication media is MS+2mg/L6-BA+0.5mg/LNAA and the multiplication factor is 6 times or more after 50 days .Adding different organic matter in a different study,the result shows that 10% coconut milk is conducive to multiplication of PLBS and 10% banana milk is conducive to division of PLBS.更多还原
