【Abstract】 Now China has experienced the transformation from allocating the graduates’ jobs according to thecountry’ needs to finding jobs by themselves.It sets up the the graduates’ resource due to market’s mechanism andmakes the way of finding jobs appearing historic change,on the other hand it also brings up the embarrassment of the gradutes’ difficulty to find jobs,becomig a social problem.There is a strong social sense to analysis its reasons and to find a good solution.更多还原
