国外新型金属材料及焊接技术的开发与应用

【摘要】 为了提高潜艇的隐蔽性,增强其自身的防护力、战斗力与生存力,提高机动性,减少维修,降低成本,延长使用寿命,各国海军都在积极开展新型金属材料以及焊接技术的研发。文中介绍并分析了美国HY系列高屈服强度高韧性结构钢及其配套铸锻钢、非耐压壳体用HSLA-80和HSLA-100结构钢以及新型焊接材料与工艺;日本NS系列耐压壳体结构钢;法、俄、英、德、澳等国的潜艇用高屈服强度高韧性结构钢及其新型焊接材料与工艺。重点介绍了美海军舰艇使用的低匹配强度焊缝,高强度耐腐蚀紧固件以及正在使用的具有高韧性、可焊性、耐海水应力腐蚀的低成本Ti-5111钛合金,这些新型材料与技术将对潜艇的作战性能带来重大影响。

【Abstract】 In order to improve submarine stealth,increase its self-defence capability,operational capability and survivability,the navies of advanced countries actively carry out research and development of new metallic materials and welding techniques for submarine to enhance maneuverability, reduce cost and maintenance,and to prolong service life.This paper discusses the development of new metallic materials,including the high yield strength and high toughness structural steel with its new welding materials and process in US,Russia,UK,French,Japan and Germany,etc.,and low matching strength weld for ships in the US Navy,as well as high strength and corrosion resistant fasteners.The prominence is given to Ti-5111 titanium alloy used in the US Navy with high toughness,weldability,and stress corrosion resistance to seawater.These new materials and techniques will significantly enhance operational performance of submarine.
