【摘要】 研究了氧化亚铁钩端螺菌(Leptospirillums ferrooxidans)发酵罐补料连续培养的最佳条件。结果表明:pH为1.2,接种量为33%(V/V),充气量为6 L/min,搅拌转速为450 r/min时,培养30 h后,用3 mL/min的速度补料,补料1 500 mL后,菌密度可达1.0×1010个/mL,高于文献报道。更多还原

【Abstract】 The optimum conditions of the fed-batch technology on Leptospirillums ferrooxidans are studied.The results show that the optimum fermentation conditions are as follows: pH is 1.2,inoculation quantity is 33%,air flow is 6 L/min,the rotational speed is 450 r/min.After 30 h culture time the material is added at a speed of 3 mL/min.After 1 500 mL,the bacteria density reaches 1.0×(10¹⁰ /mL),which is higher than the number reported by the past articles.更多还原
