离子色谱法测定高纯镁砂中痕量无机阴离子
Determination of Inorganic Anions in High-purity MgO Powder Samples by Ion Chromatography
【摘要】 采用阴离子交换色谱电导检测法分析高纯镁砂(MgO)中的无机阴离子。MgO粉末在管式电炉1 250~1 350℃高温下通氧气加热,硫酸盐和氯化物等受热分解,气态生成物被40 mL含25 mg镁粉的0.25 mol/L NaOH溶液吸收。方法的回收率为93.7%~95.3%,精密度(RSD,n=5)为4.32%~4.63%。对若干相关的分析技术问题,亦进行了讨论。
【Abstract】 A method for the determination of inorganic anions in high-purity MgO powder samples by ion exchange chromatography(equipped) with conductivity detector was presented.The sample mixture was heated in pipe electric furnace at the temperature of 1250~1350℃.Sulphate and chloride were decomposed and the gas products were adsorbed by 40 mL 0.25 mol/L NaOH containing 25 mg Mg powder.Recoveries of the method were 93.7%~(95.3%) with precision of 4.32%~4.63% RSD(n=5).Some problems in the analysis were also discussed.
