【Abstract】 Paperless record and analysis system for Baosteel 1 580 mm hot strip rolling mill strip quality data is based on distributed measurement scheme of industrial Ethernet, hence, realtime acquisition, processing and recording of strip quality data were realized. Actual use indicates that the system has substituted pen recorder completely. It not only is convenient to query and analysis for quality testing personnel, but also raises automatic level of quality testing operation.更多还原
