【Abstract】 Siemens S7-300 PLC control system with infrared length measuring system is applied to cutting machine in No 2 CCM of Panzhihua New Steel & Vanadium Co Ltd.Online identification of slab length and automatic control of cutting machine were realized by use of picture processing technology.The error of measured length is in the range of ±30 mm,and use rate of automatic mode of cutting machine is over 95%.更多还原
