【Abstract】 Detection of emerging technology is crucial but also very difficult.It compares,different explanations of organizational strategy between approaches of functionalist and the theory of strategic choice firstly.Then,the match between emerging technology and organizational strategy is analyzed.Furthermore,cognitive model of emerging technology is established based on strategic choice theory,and the significant impact of top management team upon emerging technology management is analyzed especially.Finally,through the case studies of IBM and Seagate companies,it proves the application value of the mode.更多还原
