【摘要】 20世纪西方高校科研管理的课题化管理模式、服务性管理职能和社会化管理方针,在推动高校科研服务社会经济发展方面发挥了十分重要的作用,并对80年代以来中国高校的科研管理在拓宽高校经费的来源渠道、确立面向经济社会发展的科研方向、突出科研成果应用的转化机制等方面产生了重要的启迪.在21世纪进一步借鉴西方高校科研管理的特点,突出管理的人本意识和服务意识,强化管理的协调和导向功能,遵循科研规律、尊重学术独立,必将促进中国高校科研的更大发展.更多还原

【Abstract】 The subject management mode,the service management functions and the socialized management principles of western university’s scientific research management in the 20th century have played a very important role in promoting university scientific research serving for social economic development.They have produced important inspirations in the aspects of widening the source channels of university’s funds of the Chinese university’s scientific research management,establishing the scientific research direction of facing socio-economic development,and stressing the shifting mechanisms of scientific research application since 1980s.Utilizing the experience of the western university’s scientific research management for further reference in the 21st century,stressing the management of human and service consciousnesses,and strengthening the coordination and leading functions of management,following the scientific research laws,and respecting the academic independence will inevitably promote further development of Chinese university’s scientific research.更多还原
