【摘要】 选择2001年初之前设立的具有独立法人资格的25家跨国公司在华R&D机构,从投入和产出两个方面分析了跨国公司在华R&D机构的绩效状况,发现跨国公司在华R&D机构研发绩效比较高,基本实现了当初设立的目的,在此基础上跨国公司还加大了在华的研发投资.在分析跨国公司在华研发机构绩效状况的基础上,讨论了跨国公司在华R&D机构存在的问题以及改进之处.更多还原

【Abstract】 It takes 25 typical R&D institutions built by multinational corporations in China before 2001 as target of research,and analyzes the performance of these R&D institutions from the perspective of input and output.Based on the foregoing research,I found that the performance of these R&D institutions is relatively high,most of them have obtained their predetermined goal;so that more and more capital are invested in R&D institutions in China by multinational corporations.Finally,it discusses shortages of the institutions invested by foreign corporations in order to find meaningful conclusions,so that these conclusions would be helpful to improve the level of multinational corporations’ R&D management.更多还原
