美、日、德促进R&D活动的比较研究
Comparative Study on the Stimulative Measures of R&D in USA,Japan and Germany
【摘要】 研究了国外推动R&D的措施,选取美国、日本和德国作为典型对象,从R&D政策机制、法案法规、中介机构三个方面进行阐述,为我国的R&D推动提供经验借鉴.
【Abstract】 By comparative study of the R&D policy among USA,Japan and Germany,it tries to find out what measures can be taken by the government to develop R&D.These measures can be discussed in three fields: R&D policy system,acts and laws,agency system,which will provide experience for the R&D development in China.
