【摘要】 目的:探讨葛根素(Pur)和地高辛(DG)合用对CHF大鼠细胞因子和脏器比的影响。方法:采用腹主动脉缩窄的方法制造大鼠压力超负荷心衰模型,通过心脏重量指数和左心室重量指数测定脏器比;采用放免法测定血清TNF-α和IL-6的浓度。结果:手术组TNF-α、IL-6与假手术组相比呈现非常显著性差异(P<0·01);Pur-DG组能显著改善CHF大鼠的细胞因子和脏器比异常;Pur-DG组TNF-α、IL-6与手术组相比呈现非常显著性差异(P<0·01)。结论:Pur与DG合用能明显改善CHF大鼠的细胞因子和脏器比异常。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the effect of puerarin and digoxin on the mouse with congestive heart failure on the viscera index and on the cytokines of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and interleukin-6 (IL-6). Methods: The mouse models of diastolic heart faillure were made by the imcomplete ligation of abdominal aorta.the hemodynamics is measured through the HWI(heart weight index)and the LVWI(left ventricular weight index); TNF-α and IL-6 from the serum were measrued by radioactive immune assay(RIA). Results: The mouse of the operation group all occurred heart failure,while mouse from normalgroup didn′t occur heart failure (P<0.01). The cytokines and the viscera index could be improved distinctness by the puerarin and digoxin. The concentration of TNF-α and IL-6 were increased by puerarin and digoxin.Conclusion:The cytokines and the viscera index could be inproved obviously by puerarin and digoxin.更多还原
