【摘要】 目的:建立药材橘叶含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC,色谱柱为C18柱,流动相为乙腈-水(20∶80),检测波长为283nm。结果:橙皮苷在0.121 6~1.216μg线性关系良好,平均回收率99.5%,RSD=0.14%(n=6)。结论:方法简便、准确、重现性好,可作为橘叶药材含量测定方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish a method for determination of hesperidin in Folium Citrus reticulatae by HPLC.Method:Hesperidin was separated through C₁₈ column with acetonitrile-water（20∶80） as a mobile phase,the detection wavelength was at 283nm.Results: The linear range was 0.121 6～1.216μg.The average recovery was 99.5% with RSD 0.14%.Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate and rapid with good reproducibility.It can be used as determination of hesperidin in Folium Citrus reticulatae.更多还原
