【摘要】 目的:通过对超声弹性成像和外科检查乳腺肿块的方法进行分析,比较这两种检查方法在乳腺良、恶性肿块鉴别诊断中的价值。材料和方法:分别用弹性成像技术和外科触诊检查对61枚乳腺肿块进行良、恶性的鉴别诊断,并与术后的病理结果进行对照。结果:超声弹性成像和外科触诊具有一定的相关性,在鉴别乳腺良、恶性肿块中,超声弹性成像的准确性要高于外科触诊。结论:超声弹性成像技术为超声鉴别诊断良、恶性乳腺肿块提供了一个新的手段,尤其在一些边界不清、形态不规则病灶的良、恶性鉴别诊断上具有较高的临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose:Using ultrasound real-time tissue elastography to scan different breast masses for benign or malignant differential diagnosis.Also,clinical palpation exam can get the corresponding messages of breast masses(including hardness)and then make benign or malignant differential diagnosis.Materials and Methods:Respectively,using ultrasound real-time tissue elastography and clinical palpation to exam61patients suffered from breast masses,then make benign or malignant differential diagnosis.These results were compared with post-operative pathological results.Results:There was some corre-lation between elastography results and clinical palpation results.And the former method was more ac-curate than the latter.Conclusion:Real-time tissue elastography technique provides a new method for ultrasound differential diagnosis in benign or malignant breast masses.Especially in some cases with unclear boundaries or irregular shapes,it has higher practical application value.更多还原
