基于定量反馈控制的冷连轧机卷取张力控制器的设计
Design Based on the Quantitative Feedback Control for Coiler Tension Controller of Tandem Cold Rolling Mill
【摘要】 采用定量反馈理论(QFT),设计具有参数不确定性的卷取张力的鲁棒控制系统,给出了定量反馈理论的基本原理和设计方法。针对系统的不确定性采用QFT设计反馈控制器和前置滤波器,仿真结果表明,当系统参数发生变化时,系统仍然能够保持良好的跟踪性能。此外,与PID控制效果的对比结果表明,QFT控制对外部扰动也具有良好的抗干扰性。
【Abstract】 In this paper quantitative feedback theory(QFT) is adopted to design the coiler tension robust control system that have uncertain parameters,and the basic principle and the design method of quantitative feedback theory is introduced.According to uncertainty of system,using the QFT the feedback controller and frontfixed filter are designed.The experiment results show when the system parameter changes,the system can still maintain excellent following ability.Meanwhile,compared with PID controller,the result shows that QFT controller has good performance to resist the external disturbance.
