【摘要】 目的探讨p53及增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)在原发干燥综合征(pSS)并发非霍奇金淋巴瘤(NHL)患者唇腺中的表达及意义。方法利用免疫组织化学方法分别检测正常人群、pSS、pSS并发NHL、NHL患者的p53及PCNA表达。结果正常人群、pSS、pSS并发NHL、NHL患者的p53表达阳性率分别为5.26%,15.5%,90.90%和92.30%。PCNA表达阳性率分别为13.15%,27.80%,100.00%,96.15%。p53及PCNA表达阳性率在pSS并发NHL、NHL患者明显高于正常人群、pSS患者(P<0.01),其强度亦明显增高。结论p53及PCNA与pSS患者并发NHL的发生发展有关,可用于pSS患者并发NHL的潜能及预后评价。如pSS患者p53及PCNA表达阳性率升高,应积极予应用免疫抑制剂治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To outline the significance of P53 and proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) expressions in labial gland in patients with primary Sjogren’s syndrome(pSS) associated with Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma(NHL).Methods An immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of P53 and PCNA in tissue samplesfrom normal subjects,patients with pSS,patients with pSS associated with NHL,and patietns with NHL,respectively. Results The positive expression of P53 were found with rates of 5.26%,15.5%,90.90% and 92.30% in normal subjects,patients with pSS,patients with pSS associated with NHL,and patients with NHL,respectively;and the positive expression of PCNA was13.15%,27.80%,100.00% and 96.15%,respectively.Comparing to normal subjects and patients with pSS,the positive expression of P53 and PCNA in patients with pSS associated with NHL and patients with NHL were higher(P<0.01).A deep color was also found in staining. Conclusion P53 and PCNA are involved in the genesis and development of NHL in patients with pSS.They can be used as predictors for potentiality and prognosis of pSS associated with NHL.If the expression of PCNA and P53 increased in patients with pSS,we should adopt immunosuppressant actively.更多还原
