【摘要】 目的了解百色市城乡壮族妇女骨密度与血清骨钙素(BGP)、雌二醇(E2)的关系,探讨BGP和E2在骨质疏松症中的变化规律,以及其在骨质疏松症发病中的作用。方法选择123例城市壮族妇女和102例乡村壮族妇女作为研究对象,根据是否绝经及是否有骨质疏松分为骨质疏松组和非骨质疏松组,分别检测各组血清BGP及E2水平。结果非骨质疏松组中绝经后组BGP水平高于绝经前组,但城市妇女绝经前、后组BGP水平差异无显著性(P>0.05),而乡村妇女绝经前、后组差异有高度显著性(P<0.01)。绝经后组血清E2水平明显低于绝经前组(P均<0.01),骨质疏松组E2水平亦明显低于非骨质疏松组(P<0.01或0.05),但城、乡间绝经前、后组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论E2水平的降低是骨质疏松症的主要原因,BGP水平的升高则是骨质疏松症的一种表现。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship of bone mineral density（BMD） and serum bone gla protein（BGP）,estradiol（E₂）,and to know the change pattern of BGP and E2 in osteoporosis（OP） and the role of them in morbidity of OP. Methods 123 urban women and 102 rural women of Zhuang ethnic group in Guangxi,China were enrolled in this study.All the subjects were allocated to different groups according to before or after menopause,and according to suffering with or without OP.The levels of BGP and E₂ in each group were detected.Results In women without OP,the levels of BGP of post-menopause were higher than that of pre-menopause, but the BGP levels in urban city women were almost the same before and after menopause,there were no statistically significant differences（P>0.05）,and the BGP levels in rural women before menopause differed from after menopause,there was statistically significant difference（P<0.01）.By comparison to pre-menopause group,the level of E₂ was lower in post-menopause group（P<0.01）;and by comparing the E₂ level in the group with OP,the level of E₂ was also lower in group without OP,there was statistically significant difference（P<0.01 or 0.05）,but there was no statistically significant difference in comparison between pre-menopause group and post-menopause among urban women and rural women（P>0.05）.Conclusion Decreased E₂ level may result in OP,and the elevated BGP is a symptom of OP.更多还原
