超声波乙醇浸提法提取龙眼核总黄酮方法的探讨

【摘要】 目的充分利用龙眼核植物资源,避免资源浪费,探讨超声波乙醇浸提法提取龙眼核中总黄酮的实验效果。方法采用超声波乙醇浸提法从龙眼核中提取黄酮类物质,对所提取的黄酮类物质进行鉴别,并用分光光度法测定含量。结果测得样品中总黄酮的含量为X=1.646mg/ml,回收率为98.91%,其纯度和产率均较高。结论该方法采用全物理过程,无任何污染,是提取龙眼核黄酮类物质的有效途径。

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo describe the experimental results of extracting total flavone from long seed by using ultrasonic wave and ethanol extraction for making full use of longan plant resources.Methods The flavonoids were extracted from longan seed by using ultrasonic wave and ethanol extraction.Then the flavoids were identified and the quantity was detected by using a spectrophotometry. Results In samples,the density of total flavone was X=1.646mg/ml,the rate of recovery was 98.91%,the purity and the yielding rate were fairly high.Conclusion The data suggested that this whole physical procedure of extracting flavoids from longan seed is effective and without pollution.
