【Abstract】 On the basis of the analysis of existed definitions of conflict of interest,this paper firstly suggests a new definition of it on a different perspective.Secondly,this paper analyzes the issue of structure,and then lists various types of conflict of interest.After analyzing the ethical problem of it,this paper thirdly brings in some solutions.Finally,this paper discusses the code of ethics of major engineering society as well as the code of conduct of large corporations concerning the issue of conflict of interest.更多还原
