【Abstract】 Through analyses of present problems and its causes in the settlement of completed project,and in combination with the practical experience of engineering project management,each process of the project completion settlement were controlled from project tendering,contract management,site management to settlement audit management,in order that the investment of project construction could be effectively controlled,the validity and the accuracy for project completion settlement could be improved,thus the actual costs of the building installation project were reflected to a maximum extent.更多还原
