【Abstract】 This review summarizes the latest researches about mushroom lectins.As a key pharmaceutical composition of medicinal fungi,mushroom lectin has been an active substance which has various biologi- cal and physiological activities and has been profoundly investigated.Distribution in mushroom,glycopro- tein structure,carbohydrate binding specificity,function,isolation and purification and application are all topics of discussion.The main biological and physiological activities of mushroom lectins covering ac- tivities of haemagglutination,inhibition of proliferation,antitumour and anticancer,mitogenic,im- munomodulatoration,cytotoxic,antiviral and insecticidal,mycelium differentiation promotion and recog- nition.更多还原
