电解铝生产中优化磷生铁配方的试验研究
Experimentation study of optimizing formula of phosphorus pig iron in smelting aluminum production
【摘要】 针对240 kA铝电解槽阳极组的钢爪和碳块之间浇注压降高低不等,造成生产中设备附加电阻大,浪费电能的状况,通过设计正交试验,优化磷生铁配方,降低了浇注压降,节能效果显著。
【Abstract】 For the problems of different voltage drop which create to additional resistence of equipment and waste electrical energy,this article designed orthogonal experiment,optimized the phosphorus pig iron formula,reduced the pouring voltage drop.At last,the energy conservation effect is remarkable.
