微波辐射下以1,3-二溴-5,5-二甲基乙内酰脲为溴代试剂合成3-溴黄酮
Microwave-Assisted Synthesis of 3-Bromoflavone Using 1,3-Dibromo-5,5-dimethyl-imidazolidine-2,4-dione as Brominating Agent
【摘要】 报道了在微波辐射下以1,3-二溴-5,5-二甲基乙内酰脲(DBDMH)为溴化试剂合成3-溴黄酮的新方法,系统考察了反应温度、时间及反应物配比对反应收率的影响.
【Abstract】 A new and efficient synthesis of 3-bromoflavone using 1,3-dibromo-5,5-dimethyl-imida- zolidine-2,4-dione as brominating agent under microwave irradiation was reported. The effects of molar ra- tio of reactants, reaction temperature and reaction time on the yields of product were investigated. Compared to the traditional heating method, microwave assisted synthesis shortened the reaction time from several hours to 15 min and gave better yields of products.
