Pt-CS负载物催化硅氢加成反应的研究

【摘要】 通过壳聚糖负载铂制备了一种硅氢加成反应用多相催化剂(Pt-CS);并采用聚醚F-6与低含氢硅油的硅氢加成反应体系,比较了不同铂含量的Pt-CS负载物与氯铂酸异丙醇溶液的催化活性。结果表明,当Pt-CS负载物中的铂含量与均相催化剂相当时,其催化活性不如均相催化剂;Pt-CS负载物中的铂含量约为均相催化剂的12倍时,反应达到平衡所需的时间比采用均相催化剂时缩短了1 h;其催化活性与均相催化剂接近,重复使用13次后,催化活性没有明显下降。

【Abstract】 A multiphase silylhydrolation catalyzer was prepared by loading Pt on CS,and in the hydrosilylation system of polyether F-6 and low hydrogen containing silicone fluid,the catalyzed efficiency was compared between catalyzer with different amounts Pt and that of the traditional one with H2PtCl6 in isopropanol.The results showed that the reaction time was 1 hour less than the traditional catalyzer,when the content of Pt was equivalent to the tradition’s,its catalytic activity was worse than that of phase catalyzer.When the content of Pt in Pt-CS was 12 times more than that of the traditional catalyzer, the catalytic act ivity was almost equal to homogeneous phase catalyst.Its rate of conversion was not decreased obviously,after 13 times’ repeated use.
