高碘酸钾分光光度法测定微生物还原产物碳酸锰

【摘要】 利用高碘酸钾的氧化性,建立了分光光度法快速测定由微生物还原二氧化锰生成的碳酸锰含量的方法。用0·1mol/L盐酸处理反应混合物,离心除去二氧化锰杂质,高碘酸钾将溶液中二价锰氧化为七价锰,光度法测定碳酸锰的含量。方法的测定范围为0~10mg/L,测定结果与原子吸收光谱法相吻合。该法成本低,操作简便,速度快,且能避免二氧化锰的干扰,结果准确。

【Abstract】 According to the oxidation of potassium periodate,a new analytical method for the spectrophotometric rapid determination of manganese carbonate produced during bioreducing manganese dioxide was developed. The reaction mixture are dissolved with 0.1 mol/L HCl followed by manganese dioxide removed by centrifuge, then Mn 2+ in the solutions is oxidized to MnO-4 by potassium periodate and determined by spectrophotomety at 525 nm. The linear range for the determination of Mn 2+ is 0-10 mg/L. The determination results of the method compare favourably with that of AAS method. This method is low-cost,simple,rapid,accurate,moreover,can avoid the interference of manganese dioxide.
