【Abstract】 A chemical analysis method for the determination of sulfate radical in molten salt corrosion product of Ni-base superalloy by barium sulfate turbidimetry was studied.The effects of measuring wavelength,acidity,stabilizer,stabilized time were tested.The optimum experimental conditions: 5 mL 1 mol/L hydrochloric acid and 10 mL glycerol were added to 50 mL analysed solution,and stablized time and measuring wavelength were 10 min,470 nm respectively.Beer’s law was obeyed in the range of 2.1-10.4 mg/50 mL for SO^2-₄.The method was simple and rapid.The recovery of the method was 97.1%-101.9% and RSD was 1.33%-1.73%.更多还原
