硫酸钡比浊法测定镍基高温合金热腐蚀产物中硫酸根
Determination of sulfate radical in molten salt corrosion product of Ni-base superalloy by turbidimetry
【摘要】 研究了硫酸钡比浊法测定镍基高温合金浸盐热腐蚀产物中硫酸根。讨论了波长、酸度、稳定剂、稳定时间对测量结果的影响,确定了最佳实验条件。在测量波长470 nm处,50mL溶液中,硫酸根在2.1~10.4 mg范围内符合比尔定律。该方法简便迅速,回收率为97.1%~101.9%,相对标准偏差为1.33%~1.73%。
【Abstract】 A chemical analysis method for the determination of sulfate radical in molten salt corrosion product of Ni-base superalloy by barium sulfate turbidimetry was studied.The effects of measuring wavelength,acidity,stabilizer,stabilized time were tested.The optimum experimental conditions: 5 mL 1 mol/L hydrochloric acid and 10 mL glycerol were added to 50 mL analysed solution,and stablized time and measuring wavelength were 10 min,470 nm respectively.Beer’s law was obeyed in the range of 2.1-10.4 mg/50 mL for SO2-4.The method was simple and rapid.The recovery of the method was 97.1%-101.9% and RSD was 1.33%-1.73%.
