【摘要】 针对高炉鼓风机联轴器找正时,由于转轴的轴向串动,导致找正精度难于保证的问题进行研究,提出了不同转速、不同端面直径的联轴器找正的经验值,介绍了通过采用同步旋转法、三表法消除由于联轴器制造质量误差、轴向串动对测量值的影响,可以大大提高找正精度,保证设备安全运行。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is difficult to guarantee the alignment precision during a coupling aligning of blast furnace blower due to axial moving of a rotating shaft.The alignment experience values of couplings with different rotational speed and different end face diameters are given.The synchronous rotation method and the three-table method may eliminate the influences on the measure values due to poor manufacture quality of the coupling and axial moving of the rotating shaft.It can greatly increase the alignment precision and guarantee safety operation of equipment.更多还原
