HC520-3新型液压剪刀的设计
DESIGN OF THE HC520-3 HYDRAULIC SCISSORS
【摘要】 为了解决精轧生产线取料问题,根据液压剪的工作原理,通过对剪切及剪应力的分析,对HC520-3新型液压剪主要几何尺寸和液压剪结构参数进行设计。实验结果证明,该液压剪能快速剪切20mm以下的铬不锈钢以及合金钢等,不但保证了轧材的表面质量,而且还保护了设备,其经济效益显著。
【Abstract】 Based on the operating principle of hydraulic scissors and analysis of shearing stress,a new type of HC520-3 hydraulic scissors have been designed,including the main physical dimension and structure parameters.It has been proved that chromic stainless steel and alloyed steel no bigger than 20mm could be cut quickly.The surface quality of rolled bar was guaranteed,and the equipment was protected.The economy benefit is prominent.
