安钢6~#高炉富氧喷煤提高利用系数的实践与探索
PRACTICE AND RESEARCH ON ACHIEVING HIGH PRODUCTIYITY WITH OXYGEN ENRICHED PULVERIZED COAL INJECTION ON ANYANG STEEL’S NO.6 BF
【摘要】 安钢6#高炉2005年5月开始富氧喷煤强化冶炼,逐步取得了较好的技术经济指标,其中2005年5~9月平均利用系数达到3.74 t/m3.d,比2005年1~4月提高0.25 t/m3.d,每天增产近100 t。本文介绍了安钢针对6#高炉生产状况和自身特点,运用富氧喷煤技术,提高利用系数的措施及实践体会。对如何进一步提高利用系数进行了探讨。
【Abstract】 Intensifed smelting with oxygen enriched blast and pulverized coal injection is firstly carried out on Anyang Steel’s No.6 BF in May,2005,better technical and economic indexes are acquired gradually,the average productivity is up to 3.74t/m~3·d in May-September period of 2005, which increases 0.25t/m~3·d in January-April period of 2005,nearly 100 tons is increased everyday.Given the blast furnace production and its own characeristics,by means of oxygen enriched pulverized coal injecton,measures and experiences achieving high productiyty are introduced in this paper.How to achieve the higher productiyty is also discussed.
