【Abstract】 The behavior of non-metallic inclusions in steel has been studied on "6σ" principle.Based on the study results,technical processes affecting inclusions are found and corresponding measures for improving smelting processes are taken.This obviously decreases the amount of inclusions in steel and increases the percent of first pass.Through 7 months analysis,the percent of first pass are enhanced to 97% from 88.2% before.更多还原
