【摘要】 目的检测KAI1/CD82和MMP9在胃癌中表达,探讨其与预后的关系。方法应用免疫组化法检测KAI1/CD82,MMP9基因蛋白在68例胃癌组织中的表达,对35例随访病例进行生存分析。结果68例胃癌组织KAI1/CD82阳性表达率26.47%,MMP9阳性表达率86.76%;KAI1/CD82在高分化胃腺癌阳性表达率比低分化者高,MMP9无差异;无淋巴结转移胃癌的KAI1/CD82阳性表达率比有淋巴结转移者高,MMP9则低;KAI1/CD82阳性表达率随浸润深度增加而逐渐降低,MMP9则逐渐升高。KAI1/CD82在Ⅰ/Ⅱ期胃癌阳性表达率比Ⅲ/Ⅳ期者高,MMP9无差异。KAI1/CD82阳性患者术后生存率比阴性者显著提高,MMP9则显著降低。结论KAI1/CD82在胃癌的表达与肿瘤浸润深度、分化程度、临床分期及淋巴结转移及预后有关;MMP9在胃癌的表达与肿瘤浸润深度、淋巴结转移及预后有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of KAI1/CD82 and MMP-9 in gastric carcinoma,and its significance in the prognosis of gastric carcinoma.Methods Sixty-eight gastric carcinoma tissues were studied for the expression of KAI1/CD82 and MMP-9 by means of immunohistochemical assay. 35 cases were followed-up and the prognosis was analyzed. Results Eighteen of 68 cases gastric carcinoma were positive for KAI1 (26.4%), while 59 of 68 for MMP-9(86.76% ). KAI1/CD82 positive rate in well-differentiated carcinoma was higher than that in the poorly-differentiated,but MMP-9 positive rate was not.KAI1/CD82 positive rate in the cases without lymph node metastasis was higher than that in those with lymph node metastasis.The reverse was MMP-9 positive rate.With tumor invasion promoting, KAI1/CD82 positive rate was higher and MMP-9 positive rate was lower. KAI1/CD82 positive rate was lower with tumor stage increasing and MMP-9 positive rate was not significantly changed.The expression of KAI1/CD82 and MMP-9 was not correlated with the age and sex. The patients with KAI1/CD82 positive had higher survival rate than those with KAI1/CD82 negative, while the patients with MMP-9 positive had lower survival rate than those with MMP-9 negative.Conclusion The expression of KAI1 was related to the invasion,differentiation,staging,lymph node metastasis and prognosis of the tumor, and the expression of MMP-9 was related to invasion,lymph node metastasis and prognosis of the tumor.更多还原
