【摘要】 目的探讨急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者血浆内皮素肾素血管紧张素心钠素系统(ERAANPS)的变化及其临床意义。方法应用放射免疫法检测32例AMI患者血浆内皮素(ET)、肾素活性(PRA)、血管紧张素Ⅱ(AⅡ)、心钠素(ANP)的浓度,并与梗死部位、范围及心功能状态进行相关分析。结果与对照组相比,AMI患者血浆ET、PRA、AⅡ、ANP明显升高(P<0.01);不同部位(前和/或间壁、下和/或后壁)梗死及透壁与非透壁性梗死时ERAANPS变化无显著性差异(P>0.05);但大面积与小面积梗死时其差别具有显著性意义(P<0.05);ERAANPS变化随心功能减退呈上升趋势。结论AMI后ERAANPS活性明显增高并与梗死范围、心功能状态明显相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the changes of plasma endothelin-renin angiotensin-atrial natriuretic peptide system(ERAANPS) after acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods Plasma ET,PRA,AⅡ and ANP in 32 patients with AMI were measured and the relationship of ERAANPS with infarction position,size and heart function was assessed.Results The values of ET,PRA,AⅡ and ANP in AMI group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<001),which were not significantly deferent among the positions of infarction or between the transmural-and nontransmural infarction,but were significantly deferent between the larger area and smaller area infarction.The changes of ERAANPS elevated gradually with the decrease of heart function.Conclusion The activation of ERAANPS is enhanced significantly in patients with AMI and may be correlated with infarction size and heart function.更多还原
