硅溶胶对氧漂中Fe3+的抑制作用
Preventing catalytic degradation by ferric ions in peroxide bleaching via silica sol
【摘要】 研究硅溶胶对双氧水漂白中Fe3+的抑制作用。在空白漂液中,硅溶胶可以抑制7.5 mg/L的Fe3+对双氧水的催化作用;在棉织物退煮漂一浴工艺中,硅溶胶对3 mg/L的Fe3+抑制作用比其它氧漂稳定剂好,而硬水中Ca2+的存在,可使硅溶胶更好地抑制Fe3+对双氧水的催化作用;漂后织物各项性能均优于使用其它稳定剂。
【Abstract】 Inhibiting effect of silica sol to Fe3+ in peroxide bleaching solution is researched.It is found that silica sol can effectively prevent catalytic degradation of peroxide hydrogen by 7.5mg/L Fe3+ in control bleaching solution;in one bath desizing-scouring-bleaching process of cotton fabric,inhibiting result of silica sol to 3 mg/L Fe3+ is superior to other stabilizers.Silica sol has better effect aided with Ca2+ in hard water.As a stabilizer,silica sol can impart the fabric better mechanical properties than the others.
