【摘要】 对涤棉混纺织物分别采用分散染料、直接染料染色,以及分散和直接染料碱性同浴染色,测试染色织物的最大吸收波长λm ax和K/S值等指标,以确定涤棉混纺织物用分散和直接染料碱性同浴染色工艺。结果表明,选择耐碱性的分散和直接染料在高温高压碱性浴中染涤棉混纺织物,对染色织物的λm ax和K/S值影响较小,染色牢度可以达到3级以上。更多还原

【Abstract】 Different dyeing processes were carried out on polyester-cotton blended fabrics with separated disperse and direct dyeing,and same bath alkaline dyeing with disperse/direct dyes respectively.The dyeing properties such as λ_max,K/S value and color fastness were tested,and same bath alkaline dyeing process was settled.The result shows that high temperature and pressure alkaline bath dyeing with alkalinestable disperse and direct dyes exerted little influence on λ_max,K/S value of dyed polyester-cotton fabric,and color fastness can reach more than 3 grade.更多还原
