脉冲式常压空气等离子体对涤纶织物改性研究
Modification of polyester fabric with pulse type atmospheric air plasma
【摘要】 采用脉冲式常压空气等离子体处理涤纶织物,分析处理时间、极板间距对涤纶织物毛效、透湿性和阳离子染料染色性能的影响;研究等离子体处理涤纶的时效性。结果表明,处理后的涤纶织物毛效和染色性能均显著提高,但透湿性能变化不大;涤纶等离子体处理具有时效性,但处理程度越大,时效性越不明显。
【Abstract】 Polyester fabric is modified by pulse type atmospheric air plasma,influence of treating time,distance between polar plates on capillary effect,moisture permeability and dyeing behaviors of cationic dyestuffs are analyzed,the aging effect of modified polyester is discussed.Results show that plasma modification can impart polyester fabric improved capillary effect and dyeing properties,while little change of moisture permeability.The modified fabric has ageing effect,which means if treating time is longer,aging effect will be less obvious.
